GENERAL RETAINERS

Clients that require longterm, frequent, or semi-recurring legal work may benefit from a General Retainer, with funds held in trust, and billed periodically over the course of a matter.

BLOCK FEE / LIMITED-SCOPE RETAINERS

Legal Fees are discussed and agreed on before work is undertaken, and billed per task/item, as opposed to legal fees being billed for an entire matter. This manner of billing serves to keep costs lower, more manageable, and it provides the Client (or Self-represented Litigant) with the freedom to request very specific tasks/items.

HOURLY RATES

Exactly as it sounds - Clients are billed for a dedicated amount of time, at an agreed on hourly rate. Hourly rates vary with the level of complexity a matter brings.

CONTINGENCY RETAINERS

From legal advice to lawsuit, Adept can guide you through your legal issue, and defer all legal fees until after an agreeable settlement/Judgement is reached - Adept doesn’t get paid unless you do.
